Chord Professor has anybody heard of a case like this one i will describe? its not all inclusive and there is much more.?
I study music theory so one day i took the Greek circle of fiths and arrainged all 7 greek modes mathmematically and in chart form, what i discovered was that the Greek diagram, the circle of fiths is actualy a 3D body of notes, a 3D Matrix, not 2D , flat and linear, looking at the circle of fiths 3 dimensionally i started to find geometric 3 dimensional scales and chords, I know University educated music professors and professional musicians who were blown away when i showed them the 3d matrix , but what this has started within me and 2 others is almost for want of abetter phrase divine? or supernatural occurences, myself and another have experienced concurrent gravitational shifts, rapid cognative EXPANSION of our minds, the ability to read minds and intrepret data and concepts very rapidly, we no longer believe in the modern or accepted concept of time, knowledge and wisdom come to us at an almost manic pace its like i discovered a logic bomb and it has not stopped exploding.
NO I have not heard of a case like this, however,
sounds like it would make for a great book. I would definately read your theory if you wrote it.
i have been having trouble with the ignition system on my xs whilst timing it with a strobe light after i turned off the engine to advance the timing when i went to start the engine again there was no spark!! now i know that the wires going to the pick ups are always breaking on these bikes but i have checked them all with a multi meter and the all seem ok...sometimes the bike will start and it will run perfectly but once you turn it off it will do the same..i seem to get a spark when i fiddle with the kill switch or ignition switch but its really weird..do the kill switch and ignition switch work on the same relay ect coult this be a ballast resistor??... i should also note that this is only the 2nd time the bike had been ran in 16 years. if anyone has any suggestions or tips it would be very gratefull thanks, sam
If your starter motor is turning over then it's not the kill switch or the ignition switch.
The ballast resistor is only used to drop the voltage to the coils once the bike has started, so not likely to be this (but anyway you can test for this by removing the resistor and connecting the male/female bullet connectors to each other.)
It's either pickup coil wires or the Transistor Controlled Ignition unit (aka 'black box').
Pickup wires can be broken inside the insulation so they look OK, they are moved when the engine is revved or under load so they can connect & disconnect seemingly at random.
The TCI sometimes suffers from dry solder joints at the connectors, check the TCI with a multimeter as per Haynes / Clymer / Yamaha manuals for the bike. Don't try to take the unit to pieces yourself though, it's soldered into the box.

They will probably give you a new phone that is the same brand and I don't think you will have to pay for it.
I know that for the time being, they will give you a loner phone until the new one is shipped.
